Delivery Information

Online orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt, although not on weekends or holidays.

Should the ordered item not be available at the moment, or in case of any delay of delivery (if production date is not sited on a product's page), we will inform you via e-mail within 24 hours.

All prices at Augustė Šnioka Jewellery online store are stated in EUR. Price includes VAT. Customs and administration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods. 

All ordered goods are delivered by Postal Services or UPS (for express deliveries). We are shipping only via Standard Registered Post / Priority shipping and you will be provided with all necessary information to track your parcel. Deliveries take approximately 6-12 days, and UPS 2-4 days.
